UPDATE:
I've been super sick over the weekend with whatever major cold virus is floating around, so my appologizies for not updating the site sooner like I promised. I am working on it now(Sunday night 7pm) and should have more online for you later today. Tomorrow (Monday) we will go over the chapter with a quiz on Tuesday. Also, we will start working on the final project based on Ed Fella's Letters on America.

THURSDAY FEBRUARY 23
We spent most of our time this week continuing work on the point, line,plane project. On Monday we will critique all of our combination tracings as a class and selecting the one combo tracing that will be used in the next step of the project (the enlargement). Check the homework section for specifics on what's due Monday.

THURSDAY FEBRUARY 16
We started our first non-photography based project titled point, line, plane. In class we selected 6"x6" black and white photographs and mounted them to 8"x8" board. Then, we started our tracings (contours, points, lines five of each kind).

THURSDAY FEBRUARY 9
We went to see a play at the Old Globe Theatre in Balboa Park, but before hand we discussed the handouts from the first day of class (some more, again). Reminder that there will be a quiz on the readings Monday. Of course there will be an opportunity to ask questions or present ideas/thoughts beforehand.
